Police are calling on the help of the public to trace 45-year-old Timothy Edwards who is missing from his home in Prestatyn.

Timothy has been missing since Friday, April 1st  and is described as white, between 6ft and 6ft 3’ tall of medium build.

He has short dark coloured brown hair which is receding and was last seen wearing a grey and black striped ‘Trespass’ make jumper, blue jeans, grey and blue coloured walking boots.

He is believed to be using a Black BMW registration number KJ03 DJZ.

“Timothy was reported missing on Sunday, April 3rd and his disappearance is out of character,” said Inspector Chris Jolley of North Wales Police. “Inquiries to date suggest that he may be in the Cumbria area having travelled on the M6 on Friday, April 1st to the Carnforth area which is north of Lancaster. It is possible that the 45-year-old may have since headed towards the Lake District.”

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Timothy or know of his whereabouts to please contact us on 101. We are also appealing to Timothy himself to make contact with us and his family to let us know that he is safe and well.”

Anyone with information should call North Wales Police on 101 quoting reference number I 15246.
