11:20 Emergency services dealing with incident on A494 Queensferry

One lane of the Westbound A494 at Queensferry has been closed while emergency services deal with a collision between a vehicle transporter and a small black car. 

The accident happened just after 11am at the point cars join the A494 from Sandycroft and Queensferry.
