Flintshire County Council have launched a brand new BETA version of their website.

The site on first look, is a huge improvement on the current site, it follows a flat “metro” design principle, those who use Microsoft Windows 8 will be familiar with the tiled design.

The site is very easy to navigate and information that was previously buried behind layers text is now prominent on the landing pages.

A BETA release simply means the public can access it to give feedback to the site designers and the council, invariably there will be some issues and bugs, but overall it will be very close to the final release.
