Quay Waterman’s Association host their annual charity river festival this Sunday

The Quay Waterman’s Association is hosting their third annual charity river festival on Sunday the 7th of September 2014.

The family fun day is centred around Connah’s Quay Dock Road, and includes short boat trips along the Dee, boat races, a pirate fancy dress competition, fishing competition, military displays and much more   

Entry is of course free and the fun starts at 10am and goes on until 4pm.  

All money raised will be donated between Cancer Research UK and the QWA.
