An 81 year-old man had received leg injuries following a fall on the public footpath behind the Flint recycling centre.

Once on scene the teams were guided to the location of the casualty by members of the public where he was assessed by Coastguard Officers.

The casualty was stabilised and given care for a badly broken ankle whilst waiting for the arrival of Ambulance.
