The best of social media: Two last airworthy Lancaster bombers ‘fly by’ Hawarden

The last two airworthy Lancaster bombers performed a fly past at Hawarden airfield today Saturday 2oth September, part of the Battle of Britain memorial flight transiting up to Southport airshow from their base at RAF Coningsby. One of the vintage bombers was made in Broughton by Vickers in 1945.
