Plans have been approved to build 5 new terrace houses on ‘surplus land next to The Naval Club, Chapel Street, Connah’s Quay.

The access statement says the development is in a built up part of the town and backs onto open space – a football pitch.

A new section of footpath will also be built to provide access to the Naval Club.

The original plans were submitted back in October 2012 and appear to have been amended in October 2013
